State/International Combo Conference Information

	WHEN? July 21 - 23, 2009
	WHERE? Orlando, FL
	HOTEL? Disney's Coronado Springs $110 per night (plus taxes) ($ 123.75 total per night with taxes)
	DETAILS? Registration for MS D.A.R.E. Officers is $100. To receive this rate you MUST stay at the host hotel and provide your confirmation number. This rate is non-refundable. Lodging reservations may be made on www.dare.org. Once you receive your confirmation number, download the form above and fax (or email) the information to 662 841 5079 or MississippiDARE@gmail.com DEADLINE FOR DISCOUNTED RATE IS June 1, 2009. All forms MUST be received by this date, no exceptions. All forms received after 5pm on June 1, 2009 must go through DARE America and pay the full registration cost. You can make reservations for up to five days before the conference and/or five days after the conference for the same rate.
	IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If you choose to register through the MS DARE Training Center, the registration for the entire conference will only be $100! A generous earmark that we received several years ago with the assistance of Senator Thad Cochran has made this opportunity possible. Information has been mailed out.

2009 D.A.R.E. Officer of the Year- Open for nominations until July 7 2009. Nominations must be postmarked NO LATER than July 3, 2009, to be accepted. Letters of recommendation/nomination must include why that officer is being considered, as well as three references of someone who works with that officer. (school official, community official, etc)
2009- 2010 DARE Officers Assoc Board of Director positions are now open for nominations. Nominations must be accompanied by a Letter of Support from the nominee's supervisor. No exceptions.
