• Tri-State Training Conference with TN and MS DARE Officers' Associations - July 28 - August 1, 2008. Gatlinburg, TN - Park Vista Hotel & Conference Center. Hotel rate is $65 per night, plus tax.  More information will be coming - Check back on the website!

• August 25 - September 5, 2008 - Basic D.A.R.E. Officer Training - Tupelo, MS. Cost for Alabama officers is $1,299.  Costs will include all lodging, meals (breakfast, lunch & supper), training, materials and supplies. This training class, upon successful completion, provides certification in the NEW D.A.R.E. 5/6th grade curriculum, the NEW D.A.R.E. 7/8th grade curriculum and D.A.R.E. America School Resource Officer training.

        These are joint trainings with the Arkansas & Mississippi  D.A.R.E. Training Centers.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS  July, 2008 (for the August class). (or until class is filled)
